From Sarajevo, we head over the mountain towards Foča with the sand pyramids as the destination. I was told several times that the road would be very challenging, that the road was bad and there was a lot of traffic, especially after Trnovo. But that was nonsense, the road was fine and the traffic was okay. Well, I was also a bit lucky. But first, I rode in Sarajevo over totally unnecessary uphill sections on very narrow roads. Then I wanted to go shopping, I was out of money, I looked for an ATM, ended up in a stupid shopping center that was only for cars, wandered through the aisles, found the exchange office, then bought something and off I went. I didn't like this part of Sarajevo at all, it was crowded with cars, I was shouted at once because allegedly I shouldn't be on the road - there was only a sidewalk on my side and there was enough space for everyone. Well, I made sure to get out of the city.
