Three days ago, we set off for the Sipifalls. On the way, we took a break at Tororo Rock. In the middle of the terrain, another rock rises up. Equipped with hiking poles, we made our way through the bushes up the mountain. A narrow path led us further, and we left the shady bushes behind. Now the climbing began. It continued to be strenuous. We also had to climb some ladders. The sweat-inducing ascent ended at the summit, where a transmission mast was set up. The descent was even more strenuous, as one had to be careful not to twist an ankle.
The exhausting tour ended with a visit to a cave at the foot of the mountain.
After a refreshment, we continued over Mbale towards the Sipifalls. The road wound upward in long curves. The last stretch was again an unpaved road through a village.
