23. Day 12/08/2016 Calgary return - sunny

Today is the time to say goodbye and everyone is a little sad to leave this vast and beautiful country. Looking back, I found the relaxed serenity of the locals most impressive. And honestly, if a country has a lot of space, it's Canada. You could still settle a lot more people here.

After breakfast, we packed the remaining items into the suitcases and bags. We didn't need to clean the RV because we had purchased the service package, and in the end, we were glad about that. The tank was almost half full, which was sufficient for return. Then we made our way to Canadream, where we arrived around 09:00 a.m. After a rough inspection of the RV, we were able to sign the refund of the deposit. There was still coffee, and at around 10:00 a.m., we were driven to the airport with 3 other families. Here we spent our time with our phones, reading, listening to music, and strolling. We went to a Western restaurant to eat around 1:00 p.m., and at around 6:00 p.m., we took off on time with the Westjet plane WS001 to London Gatwick. On one hand, I was glad to have a direct flight, but on the other hand, the service was much worse than with Air Canada, as the seat distances were smaller and there was only food for a fee. We spent our time watching movies, reading, and dozing off.
