From Dubrovnik to Mljet

We're starting again at 7am from Dubrovnik to the island of Mljet.

After our daily swim stop and another delicious lunch, we head to Mljet.

We dock in Pomena, a small village on Mljet. This island is home to a national park, which is within walking distance from the harbor. In the national park, there are two turquoise lakes... it looks like someone poured paint in them.

and an island with a Benedictine monastery, St. Mary. We take a ferry to the monastery for a short visit.

Originally, we wanted to rent a kayak to explore the lake, but unfortunately, the wind has picked up so much that it wouldn't be much fun.

We decide to test the beautiful bar in the harbor, with a fantastic view of the turquoise bay and the harbor.

Several ships are having a hard time docking and leaving, as it has become quite stormy. Tonight is the Captain's Dinner. There will be live music and really delicious food. It will be a long and very fun evening with music and dancing 👯‍♀️
