Magnetic Island

We drove to Magnetic Island in the morning after breakfast by ferry from Townsville. Arriving there, we rented a Barbie car, unfortunately it was no longer available in pink! It was really cute and small and so much fun to explore the island with it. First stop was a 2 hour walk past many eucalyptus trees, where many koalas were sitting and sleeping. Back in the car, we continued driving down to the beach, where there was a path where you could see rock wallabies, which also came very close to you. Otherwise, we simply enjoyed our Barbie car to explore the island. In the late evening, we took the ferry back to the mainland.
