Guatemala: Volcano Almolonga

The simple desire to climb another house volcano from Xela led to misunderstandings and misinterpretations. Nevertheless, Terrance, my American roommate, and I hiked to the Almolonga volcano for two days: first, we were able to experience the massive Maya religiosity on 'La Muela' and get to know Mordor. And then, despite very massive rocks, we were able to find and climb Cerro Quemado.
