Off to Antigua, old capital and like Turku, in a rarely bad geographic location. Also saw my first volcanoes on the way there and towards La Soledad.

Climb up the dormant volcano Acatenango to watch the very active volcano spewing fire. Most strenuous ascent of all time (volcanic sand, 25kg on the back, misty wind, 45-degree steepness, disorientation, etc.) at 3700m and descent after a bitterly cold night up there.
