Everyone does what he wants to do today.

The girls are busy with housework, the men with filling the water tanks, etc.

Rudi, Peter, Hans and Schorsch had “men’s talks.”

In the afternoon we played boules, and later we cooked together. For dinner we prepared steaks, meatballs with onion rings and fresh salad. Bread rounded off our menu.

For dessert there was ice cream with mixed berries and cream.

We sat together for a long time and enjoyed the warm summer night.
