The Sydney Opera House ....

.... rightfully deserves its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List!

Today, we had the opportunity to explore the Sydney Opera House both inside and out, by day and night. A masterpiece .... and who would have known that this building was designed as early as the mid-1950s and completed from 1957 to 1973.

Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to enjoy a concert, opera, or any other performance in one of the two halls with 1,500 and 2,700 seats.
