Catlins - Lighthouse with Seals

We drove to a lighthouse the next evening to enjoy the view there.

Once we reached the top, we were rewarded with this view.

Suddenly, we got scared. A sea lion made loud noises. As we followed the sound, we saw several sea lions sitting on the rocks.

We would have never seen the sea lions from the lighthouse.

So:

Right decision to climb down the rock wall.
