Day 12 Death Valley - Lone Pine

We left Las Vegas around 9 o'clock and headed towards Death Valley.

After a quick pit stop and a short shopping trip at Walmart, we arrived at Death Valley around 12 o'clock. It was 114 Fahrenheit (about 45 degrees). Insane!!!

We made short stops at different viewpoints (Dantes View, Zabriskie Point, Badwater, and Mesquite Sand Dunes) and had great views of Death Valley. Badwater Point is the lowest point on Earth.

Afterwards, we continued to Lone Pine, where we ended the evening at a Mexican restaurant and played some rounds of Yahtzee.

Tomorrow we will be heading to Mammoth Lake and then on to June Lake.
