The day started with me being kind of nicely woken up because my sofa was delivered. After a real English breakfast, we returned to my little house and then it was time to unpack. While Roger was upstairs assembling my sofa, I unpacked the packages downstairs in the kitchen with the girls. It was a lot of stuff. All kinds of things. Pots, table sets, microwave, toaster, etc. Most of it is now unpacked but not everything. After all, a few shelves will also be hung on the wall.
The family itself is camping with friends for tonight. So I took the opportunity and drove to the neighboring town. First of all, I printed a few photos and wondered why the road to the market square was blocked.
When I arrived, I understood it. There was a small fair on the market square. Really cute with a ghost train, a children's carousel, candy stands, etc.
And there I also found a real English telephone booth. This time no defibrillator :D:D:D
On the way back, I visited the last church in my town. It is really beautiful, but unfortunately no owl there. Where do they hide? Now I'm relaxing a bit on the new sofa and watching TV ;)
