With a weight of 3260 kg, we set off on Thursday afternoon at 14:09 to the dress rehearsal in the south. Since there was an accident on the highway, we had to drive a stretch on the federal road and lost some time. We wanted to find overnight accommodation at 19:00. According to our app, a farmer in Teuchern offered his farm for overnight stays. So we turned on the navigation, took the Weißenfels exit, and let ourselves be surprised. Due to a construction site, we went from the federal road to a smaller country road, then to a bumpy dirt road, and finally through narrow mini bridges onto a super uneven cobblestone road. The houses in the village became grayer and the faces on the roadside became darker. We were sure - this is where the last season of 'Walking Dead' was filmed. When we reached the mentioned farm for the night, it was clear to us that we would not stay here. With goosebumps, we turned around, drove back to the highway, and headed for the next truck stop. Here we were rewarded with a sunset, a beer, and fried eggs at the end of the day. Well, that went well again. Let's see what awaits us tomorrow.
