Kyoto: Temple Marathon

Today's keyword: Hot! For the first time, the sun fought through the veil of clouds completely...it was accordingly very hot. But that didn't stop me from visiting various temples. Towards the end of my tour, I treated myself to the popular green tea soft-serve ice cream=)
One could describe Kyoto as a temple city. At every corner, you'll come across smaller or larger temples. Since I can't visit all of them in my 3-4 days here, I've chosen the most beautiful ones. I plan to visit a few more temples tomorrow as well.
By the way, I feel like I've mostly overcome the jet lag. I slept at a normal time for the first time and started my temple tour at 8 o'clock this morning.
