Graaf Reinet and Kimberley

After a 10.5-hour drive inland, we arrived in Kimberley. We made a brief stop in Graaf Reinet around noon. There are still quite a few houses from colonial times here, with a beautiful church in the city center. Tomorrow we will visit the 'Big Hole' in Kimberley, a decommissioned diamond mine and the deepest hand-dug hole.
