First days, first impressions

So first days in Chiang Mai. What can I say temples, temples oh and did I mention temples?! Unfortunately, my laptop is not working properly, so I can't show you any great pictures yet, so you have to live with the ones from my phone ;-)

But apart from the technical issues, we really like it here. It took some getting used to at the beginning, especially crossing the street (they only brake when you're in the middle of the road - on a two-lane road, they drive around you - they only brake when you're in the middle of the road. But now we are already experts and show the newcomers how it's done :-D.

We have also found a really good local restaurant called lemongrass. They have really good curries.

Tomorrow we are going to visit the elephants!
