Today Les Arcs was on the list. Here there is one of the most famous flea markets in Provence. Every Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm. The search for a parking space was adventurous, because it was already packed at 9 am. Since the French usually drive small cars, which are held together with duct tape or have to hold without duct tape, the passages and parking lots are accordingly small. So they are practically impassable. But now that we were there, we had to find a way. And indeed, after some circling around, a parking space opened up in front of us. So we got out of the car and went to the market. It was as wild as the parking lot. We discovered some beautiful pieces, but overall we were rather disappointed. Most of it is junk and cheap goods. However, if you want very cheap, well-preserved clothing for yourself or your baby, you are well advised here.
After an equally bumpy exit from the parking lot, we looked for a nice shady spot in the center of Les Arcs. From here we wandered into the truly beautiful old town. Les Arcs is located near Nice and is often overlooked by tourists. Which is a shame, because the city has a lot of flair.
