Cairns - Day 1; Packing...

We actually wanted to spend one last day at Trinity Beach, but the rainy weather ruined our plans. 

So we drove the route from Port Douglas to Cairns for the fourth time and only made a short stop at Trinity Beach. At least part of the route goes along the coast, so there are definitely worse routes to drive unnecessarily. 

After refilling Susi one last time, we headed to the campsite. Believe it or not, we were already packing. Squeezing everything back into our backpacks was an incredible challenge... 

Tomorrow we have to return our camper Susi and move into a hostel for the last two days in Australia before the last week of our journey begins in Bali.
