I went on another trip with SK Dublin and it started off great. There were two buses, but only half of us knew about it. Of course, I belonged to the half that didn't know. The first bus left early, and I would have been at the meeting point on time. I even saw the bus, but I didn't know it was ours because last time there was a sign saying SK Dublin on the bus, which was missing this time. Then I went to a coffee shop, and when I came back, I found out that it was our bus, but it had already left. Susan and Anne, who I booked with, were on the first bus and didn't know there was a second one. And of course, the second bus was delayed because it had to pick up people from a suburb of Dublin, and some of them were twenty minutes late. That's why we couldn't stop at Salthill, which would have been a beautiful beach near Galway. It's a complete outrage because it's not my fault that some people can't come on time, and I have even less control over which crappy bus I end up in. But hey, at least we stopped for 45 minutes in front of an MCI, they should have canceled that stop.
I thought Galway was a city, but it's more like a bigger village, a very cute village. We went out a bit in the evening, which was cool, but not for very long because we actually wanted to sleep and be fit for the long bus ride the next day. Well, at least that was the plan.
