The journey begins

Today it finally happened – the suitcases were packed and we headed to the airport. A lot of excitement was in the air, but the journey began unexpectedly calm. Our flight went so smoothly that we landed in Munich without being noticed. So unnoticed, in fact, that it took a full half hour before we were noticed and the stairs were brought to the plane :D

For some of us, sitting for so long was a real challenge, and the relief was palpable when we finally descended the stairs and were able to board the already waiting buses. The next segment of our journey now takes me through a five-hour layover. During this time, I will be dealing with university assignments and deepening my knowledge in the last Italian lessons before the adventure really begins.
