Packed backpack

The backpack is packed, family and friends bid farewell. The apartment sublet and the car deregistered.

Yes, I believe I am ready, ready for 5 months of travel, adventure and new experiences! Iceland, Norway & Sweden, those are the countries and people I will get to know for the next 5 months.

Tomorrow morning, my journey starts with a train ride to Frankfurt Airport. From there, I will fly to Reykjavik at noon and wait for my travel companion and friend Tamy.

In the afternoon, we will pick up our camper van and explore Iceland for two weeks.
