More impressions from Chiloé

Finally, we found a nice café for a little break right by the lake. Delicious coffee and cake and many regional products that were also sold in the small shop. Wonderful!

The Chileans also sell food and drinks at every opportunity. As soon as the road construction has set up a construction site and the cars have to wait at a traffic light for a few minutes, flying merchants appear.

Finally, we drove to the beach again because there were grilled oysters there. The road really ran very close to the sea 🌊 a few days earlier we had eaten ceviche at a small fish stand, basically raw fish with a little coriander and onions, marinated in fresh lemon juice. Very tasty. But somehow we couldn't bring ourselves to try the oysters and the beach didn't look appetizing at all, quite the opposite. In the evening, we preferred to have 🥩 at our favorite restaurant. And the delicious potatoes and the huge garlic are available everywhere.
