Weekend, hands up and down again. It’s already over.
I spent it quite calmly. On Saturday I wanted to go crazy shopping, but in the end, there’s nothing different here than in Germany, and my suitcase isn’t going to magically get bigger. I do love vintage. Small shops, secondhand. But I ended up going to a big shopping mall. In the end, I got a dress, in case I get invited to the opera. Velvet green.
And then back home. I don’t know what I was thinking wanting to go shopping on a Saturday.
Today I went out into nature. Completely alone. As few people as possible. I drove south and walked back the path on foot. A few hours of cold, sun, leaves, cows, mountains, castles.
My cheeks and nose were cold. But the air was delightful. I shed a few tears because nature always touches me deeply. I sat on a bench in the sun and breathed into the tips of my lungs. Nibbled on my apple muesli bar and then made my way home.
At some point, the weather changed. Big fog clouds hung over the mountains, it got dark and colder. My cheeks were bright red when I happily returned to my room with a large coffee. What a beautiful day. It ends now with a hot water bottle and a little tablet. I’m starting to feel unwell….
