Mount Lofty

Today I decided to escape the heat in the city and hike in the hills around Adelaide. I chose Mount Lofty as my destination, which is located about 15 kilometers east of the city. After overcoming the challenges of the local ticket system, the question arose again of when my stop called 'Crafers Park N Ride' would come. As expected, I quickly realized when my bus ride had to end. The hike led through eucalyptus forests to the tower on Mount Lofty, which is located at an altitude of 710 meters. From there, there was a great view of Adelaide and the sea. As the highlight, on the way back to the bus, I discovered a wallaby in the undergrowth and beautiful birds.
