After visiting the Teotihuacan Pyramids, Julio and I went back to Mexico City, visited the main square Zócalo, and ate Huaraches (eating without utensils is not so easy here). Then we met up with his friend Poncho for Pulque (an alcoholic beverage made from Agave) and Cerveza (beer). On Monday, I took a free walking tour through the historic center, visited the Basilica de Guadalupe, and strolled around the city a bit. In the evening, I had Quesadillas and beer with Angelica. It seems like they really like to drink beer in Mexico 🍻. Today, we briefly visited the Palacio Nacional and had lunch with Julio, and now we're heading to Tepoztlan in the mountains ⛰
