A Walk with Life on the Line 💕

Today has been a cloudy day but still quite warm, around 23 degrees. We have walked around Da Nang with life on the line! Cars drive haphazardly without seemingly any traffic rules. The one who honks the loudest and most intensely goes first 😱 but at least we managed to get in 17,000 steps today.

Later in the afternoon, we went for Thai massage. Goodness, she was rough! It feels like my body will be full of bruises tomorrow.

Jörn has started to feel unwell 😷

Coughing and a sore throat. We stopped by a pharmacy that recommended some pills and a throat spray. We'll see how he feels tomorrow after the tough massage, medication, and rest.

Dinner was at a small local restaurant that was set up like a carport with low tables and cute little plastic chairs in child size 😂

The menu was varied with a focus on meat. We chose a meat platter that was cooked at the table on a small gas grill. It was unclear what the details were... Most of it was good, but I skipped over what resembled a small tongue (Jörn tried to convince me it was a piece of sausage... but I'm skeptical..) and a blood vessel.

We'll talk again tomorrow 💕
