Wow! What a city! After the hotel disaster yesterday (and today!), I thought Lviv was not going to work out.
Yesterday, I had to move to another hotel, which was extremely run-down and noisy (two tram lines meet at the intersection on really bad tracks through the city). But today, I didn't want to move again. Packing up the motorcycle, roaming around the city again, checking out at 11:00h, check-in not until 14:00h, it's impossible to enjoy the city. So, first things first, I went to the reception to extend my stay. Unfortunately, it was fully booked. Okay, so I had to move again after all.
But what luck! At 9:30h, I arrived at the other hotel and they welcomed me very friendly. I could leave my luggage and even got a coffee. Great accommodation, brand new, very clean, really amazing!
At 10:30h, I walked into the city center feeling completely relaxed. Lviv is fantastic, the most beautiful city on my tour by far! Mostly historical buildings, including many old residential houses. Unfortunately, there are also many tourists...
To Vadim, Liudmila, Hanna, and Viktoriia: Thank you very much for the Lviv tip ;-)!
