Conversation with the Wind
All preparations are complete, and whatever might be missing must be unimportant. Saying farewell and off we go.

Day #2
Once again, I'm reporting respectively, as I will only decide tomorrow that I urgently need to start writing down the experiences.
It already starts out difficult to say what happened on which day.
Today, the First May fun continues in any case.
It blurs with the impressions from yesterday's party as one leisurely cycles through the fields, wondering if the bass in their ears is still echoing from yesterday.
No, many groups of young people are out and about with their party wagons, enjoying their alcohol, alongside the performance of Bluetooth speakers today.
Reminds me of childhood in the village.
Gradually, the thought creeps into consciousness that we are on the road. By now, one would probably have to change trains to get back home.
We pass by Münster and shortly afterwards we reach our stage goal and find ourselves on EuroVelo II. We are now following it... the view on the GPS reveals it... the next 1084 km to Poznań in Poland.
Here we go.
Today's travel companions:
Caterpillars. At least, they have taken a liking to me, and all day long I've had the pleasure of carrying some as passengers.
One caught my eye as it stretched into my line of sight from the edge of my helmet.
It surely wanted to enjoy the view and let the sun shine on its back while I leisurely cycled around.
In the evening, we have a stop to refill our supplies, after all, everything necessary for tomorrow's Sunday needs to be gathered.
And shortly after that, a final stop to consult the map and find a suitable sleeping place. At that moment, a glance to the left reveals that we are next to a field path that branches off from the country road. A quick dash in and into the adjacent little woods.
Perfect spot.
