Today I am a year older - how time flies. First thing in the morning, my roommate congratulated me on my birthday and gave me a potted plant - sooo sweet. THANK YOU PIA :-)
When I arrived at the university, there was already a heart-shaped Sachertorte and chocolate muffins on a table. There was also a card signed by all the Erasmus students. I was soooooo happy :-)
Then 'happy birthday' was sung for me in English and Danish :DDD A special THANK YOU to Pia, Fabienne, Julia, and Wiebke for the very delicious cake and the lovely card (-:
Jette (our landlady) then gave me three flags (a small one and a big one from Denmark and one from Austria) and brought me two 'Schwedenbomben' in the afternoon, each with a tiny flag inside. I am really very happy here and it is so nice when your birthday is celebrated so gracefully. (The teachers even hugged me - that would NEVER happen at home!)
