From many people who have visited Paris once, I always heard that it was a dirty city. However, I was convinced of the opposite.
We were in Paris in December 2015, we arrived by plane, which was very convenient and there were no complications or inconveniences. Upon arrival, we went to our hotel, which was the Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacre Coeur Hotel. We took the subway to the hotel, which took about 15 minutes. Although the hotel did not look very impressive from the outside, it was really beautiful on the inside. The hotel entrance was very inviting and warmly decorated. Our room was also very nice and we couldn't complain about anything. In short, we felt very comfortable in this hotel and the breakfast was also delicious and sufficient.

Hotel Mercure Room One day after our arrival, we went to the David Guetta concert, which was also the reason for our trip to Paris. In short: it was amazing! Seeing David Guetta live was awesome and so much fun, as he created such a great atmosphere. Since our visit was just a month after the terrorist attack on the Bataclan, we had an incredible goosebumps throughout the entire show. Since he is French himself, you could immediately tell how connected he is to the city and how deeply he was affected by that attack. David Guetta The next day, we finally visited the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Galerie Lafayette, and the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Everything was unfortunately overcrowded with tourists, as it was also a Saturday. But we were already accustomed to this and it didn't bother us much. In the evening, we took a little boat tour on the Seine, which lasted about 1.5 hours and cost about 14€ per adult. During this tour, you could see all kinds of sights and admire the beautiful buildings. We stayed in Paris for 3 nights and 4 days, which was completely enough to see and experience everything important. You can also take beautiful pictures there :)
