Ko Samet Island

After enjoying the beautiful days in the beach house, we headed to Ko Samet Island.

To get to the harbor, we had to take the bus which didn't have a fixed schedule, so we waited for almost an hour in the midday sun on the side of the road. Eventually, a car stopped and a nice lady offered to give us a ride to the harbor :) which made the journey relatively quick. Once we arrived at the harbor, we bought a speedboat ticket and took a 20-minute ride to the island.

Upon arriving at Ko Samet, we rented 2 scooters and drove to our accommodation (located in the southern part of the island). We decided to stay for one night in a cute bungalow right by the beach.

Since we only planned to stay for one night, we spent the entire day exploring the island on scooters, eating, and swimming. We found a great spot to watch the sunset, but unfortunately, the weather was bad again and we could hardly see anything through the clouds.
