Tag 43 Bora Bora

Our flight departs on time at 11:15 am. On the way to Bora Bora, we fly over Raiatea. That already looks fantastic. A dream comes true: we land on Bora Bora. Hurray, the sun is shining. And the water is turquoise. We will be picked up by boat. €33 per person per way! For the fact that there is no other option, a real bargain. 😏 The reception at the hotel is warm and we are taken to our overwater bungalow. End of Pontoon is correct, there is no further out. We have a great view of the main island with the Otemanu mountain (727m). We have glass windows in the floor, next to the bathtub (!) and next to the sink. A bottle of champagne is ready for welcome. Well then, cheers! Unfortunately, it starts raining in the afternoon and there is also a storm at night. But we don't care, it's just too beautiful here.
