12.12. Orewa and Ruakaka

Mostly sunny, around 22 degrees

Our tour starts heading north. First stop in Orewa. Beach walk on the empty beach. Very nice bay, 2 playgrounds with an electric barbecue each. Wind blowing, sun quite strong. Continuing on to Ruakaka. In Puhoi, we make a pit stop with Oyster and chips.

In Ruakaka, we find a beautiful overnight spot by the sea, only a sand dune separates us from the beach.
