Miami Beach 14.06-23.06.2017

On 14.06 we arrived in Miami after a 12-hour journey.

Tired and exhausted, we checked in at our hotel Waldorf Towers. The weather in Miami was very hot and humid. Strong thunderstorms broke out intermittently. But despite the rain and wind, it was a pleasant 30-34 degrees.

On rainy days, we decided to go to the nearby cinema.

On Monday, we visited the famous Everglades and even had the chance to admire crocodiles living in the wild.

On Wednesday, we took a city tour of Miami and even cruised through Miami's waters in the afternoon.

Did you know that in Miami, only the island of Miami Beach exists naturally? All other islands were artificially created by the state of Florida.

Overall, we were slightly disappointed by the famous Miami Beach.

After an eventful week, we flew to New York City on Friday, where Nadine's parents were eagerly awaiting us.
