Bogota

Lately, we have been feeling homesick at airports and in Bogota, we noticed how long a year actually is. But we don't want to complain, but rather tell you about our experiences. :-)
In Bogota, we spent three nights and were warmly welcomed from all sides. In Colombia, a simple 'de nada' is not the response to a 'muchas gracias'. No, no, the response is 'con mucho gusto'. We couldn't have asked for a better and friendlier start to our last country in South America.

The coolest thing we did in Bogota was a bike tour through the city. We got to know different neighborhoods, covered more distance than on foot, and got the full package. Colombia is known for its many incredibly delicious fruits. So on the tour, we made a stop at a market and tried incredibly good fruits. But sometimes pictures speak louder than words - so see for yourself!
