After a short night on the plane, we took the metro to the Air bnb apartment. After just three stops, it became clear that Dubai is a city of superlatives - one impressive building followed another.
After our host Sefa warmly welcomed us to the Ocean Hights residence, we spent the day exploring the Marina District: shopping, beach, and culinary highlights were on the agenda.
