Day 5 and 6 of 175: Sea day and 5 hours delayed arrival in Leixoes (Porto)/Portugal

Day 5: Sea day with wind and waves

But of course with entertainment program and plenty of food

Dancing on a swaying ship is a great challenge

Scheduled arrival in Leixoes (Porto)/Portugal at 7 AM. We were also there, but the wave activity prevented the pilot from coming on board, and only 5 hours later could we enter the harbor with a pilot and three tugboats.

Due to the significant delay, of course, the planned Rabelo boat tour on the Douro and the visit to a port wine cellar with tasting were canceled.

The great weather also did not invite us to disembark.

But we will have plenty of warm, nice weather on our route.

Let's see when I have network again to continue writing on the blog. The WiFi on the ship is too weak (and too expensive).

Tomorrow is another sea day, and the day after tomorrow we will be in Madeira.
