Hey you guys!
Sorry that I haven't heard from me in so long, but my daily routines are really very similar at the moment, which is why I considered it unnecessary to report on the same things every day.
"Very similar" in this case means that I am basically always at beaches or parks, such as Bondi Beach, Manly Beach or Hyde Park. Either I go there alone or with people I have talked to or who have talked to me.
The great thing about spending time this way is the fact that you really have very low expenses. You just don't need much anymore to be happy. Often a drink, a little fruit and a good book are enough to feel like it couldn't be better.
Since I haven't eaten any chocolate or other sweets for a week now and have stopped wearing make-up, I also feel much healthier and better in general.
Yesterday I finally went to the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, which was of course beautiful, not least because of the darkness, or rather because of all the lights.
Sydney is fascinating in a strange way, because even though millions of people live here, I never feel like I'm in an extremely overwhelming and hectic metropolis.
In my hostel room there is a lot of coming and going; After we started with 6 girls, we were sometimes 3 girls and 3 boys and now we are back to 4 girls, but that is not of any further interest. I feel like 50 percent of all existing nationalities have already been represented here, but that doesn't matter either.
With that I would say enough for today, all the best to all of you and I hope you are doing as well as I am at the moment!
Take care :)
- Pauline
P.S.: Today there are finally some pictures :)
