Our motor home

Today we picked up our motor home! It's a huge thing... 😳

The cabin at the back with the double bed can be extended. It then has a length of 8.5 m. The camper can also be expanded on the side where the dining table and bench are. After a thorough introduction, the journey finally began.

However, the first stop was already at the 'Bass Pro Shop' nearby. An outdoor shop the size of a football field! A dream for (almost) every man... 😊

At the next stop, half of the superstore was emptied 😳. After all, we need everything from dishwashing detergent to bread, milk, pasta, water etc. to survive in nature. 😝

After refuelling, the journey from Calgary continued towards Banff. At first, the area was quite flat, but we slowly got closer to the mountains. After not even 2 hours, we were in Banff National Park and took our pitch at 'Tunnel View Campground 1'.

In the evening, we had a delicious steak outside at the large picnic table. Despite mosquito repellent, the Canadian mosquitoes wanted to get to know us 😏...
