Day 3

Today Markus had his first application on the agenda. A contrast shower, similar to a Kneipp treatment. It is supposed to activate the immune system and increase blood circulation. He definitely liked it and sat there like a champ 👌

Afterwards, he went to play in the nursery with Mama and spent another hour in the fresh air before lunch. The weather here is currently almost too good to be true. Spring-like mild, sunny, and the air is just great.

In the afternoon, it was time for blood collection, a torture, but we made it through.

Finally, a comprehensive allergy test is being done - we are curious about the result.
