Day 17 unexpected shorter hikes

Originally, today was scheduled for an approximately 8-hour hike called Tongariro Alpine Crossing, but it has now been postponed until tomorrow...

Since the weather ruined our plans, we only did two seemingly short hikes. Taranaki Falls Track and the Tawhai Falls...

In hindsight, they were quite challenging, especially if one would read properly. Suddenly, 20 minutes turned into 2 hours...

And unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate often, but we made the best out of it...
