New Zealand - Day 26 - Lake Tekapo (Mt. John)

This morning, after a hearty breakfast, 2 people left us and the four of us drove to Lake Tekapo. There, we hiked up Mt. John, from where we had a great view of the lake and the surrounding area.

Once we got back down, we jumped into the lake; the water was sooo cold that we were out again in less than 1 minute. Pure refreshment.

In Ashburton, we had dinner and then made our way towards the campsite.
