It's Sunday, but 32 km await an early start. The sooner Astorga is reached, the better, as it has always been an important stop on the way to Compostela.

Here I forget my Michelin travel guide, but I can hitchhike back 3 km to get it.

I had lost Petra along the way, but I meet her again in the evening. I have dinner with 3 women from Germany, the world is small. One of the young women had a grandmother in Arnstadt, another has friends in Sausedlitz (a small town near Leipzig, which no one really knows) just like us.

In the evening, it's less than 250 km to go.👍
