The first day

Today the day started for us already at 4 o'clock in the morning

Maybe it was the climate, maybe the jet lag.

We started to explore Bocagrande and of course had a beer on the beach.

The air is 35 degrees warm and the weather is the same. Totally great! I was a bit annoyed that I didn't have swim trunks with me.

But that will be made up for soon!

Otherwise, many things are crazy from a German perspective:

The locals walk around with an open umbrella at noon. Not because of rain, but as sun protection.

Also crazy is that prepared food in restaurants is cheaper than raw food in supermarkets.

All prices are constantly rising and are almost always significantly higher than German prices. At the same time, wages are not increasing at all!

In one day you can see why Colombia is doing poorly.. the supermarket is 90% full of imported goods from Germany and the USA..

Very unfortunate!
