We initially intended to explore the island with our landlord on this day as well. However, we canceled this plan due to the "discrepancies" the day before. So, we set out on foot again and explored the surroundings of Hanga Roa.
Culminating in a beautiful experience: Near the town stands the only completely intact Moai with a hat and white eyes made of coral.
In the evening, we rented a car for the next three days, enjoyed a delicious dinner at our favorite spot ‘Le Frits’, had a Pisco to finish off the night, and then off to bed… 😴😴😴.
