Last night we slept on the beach, well almost. We booked a spot on the beach at Potato Point campground and parked our camper right in the front row. It was truly a dreamy overnight experience, especially waking up to the ocean in the morning.
On the way there, we encountered an unusually large number of kangaroos, and there were at least as many kangaroos as campers on the campground.
Today, we went to Jervis Bay where we booked a dolphin-watching tour. Despite the pouring rain, we ventured out into the bay and didn't see any dolphins, but instead got to see humpback whales, which we were even more excited about.
