I took the smallest and run-down train I have ever been on from Šibenik to Perković and then a small regular train from there to Zagreb. I didn't do much in Zagreb since I had already been there, I just went there again because I wanted to go to the National Park. It wasn't well thought out since I wanted to go to Rijeka afterwards and could have done it from Karlovac. That would have been shorter and the National Park would have been closer to Karlovac. But oh well, it happened.
So the next day, I took a bus to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. This park is different from the Krka Park. It is not only focused on waterfalls, but it is a large lake landscape with waterfalls here and there. I hiked a lot there and tried to see as much as possible, and I must say, this park is simply breathtaking as well. The pictures are, of course, not as good as the real thing, but still okay.
It has turquoise blue water. A beautiful forest landscape, stunning large lakes, and so on. I don't know what else to say, it was amazing.
I stayed at the same hostel, even though I didn't like it that much, but I had a different room and it was much better.
Next, I'm going to Rijeka to relax a bit and to experience the sea for the last time on my trip!
