Day 178:
It's 11:30 PM on a Thursday (still), I'm on the night shift and waiting for the first night owls to come back home, thinking they're being quiet like ninjas while about to wake up the entire hostel. Black tea and music by “Ralede“ are helping me. This here, doing laundry and folding clothes, talking to people, creating and solving problems, are just a few of my now daily tasks. Working in the hostel office is actually unexpectedly challenging, my special education studies come in handy at unexpected times...
And my recently started career as a dishwasher in a restaurant not only keeps my fingernails clean, it also toughens me up.
Otherwise, my everyday days flow by, I work a lot and enjoy it, and accordingly do very little. But to change that soon and plan my next adventures, I'm buying a small car on Saturday, I'm so excited!
The signs are good, I'm in the mood for travel and adventure and will remain true to my unstable, exciting, varied, sometimes loud and sometimes quiet life for a while longer (although I am painfully aware that I am about to miss out on the most beautiful of the Cologne seasons..).
