Wow! What a difference. In the city with 8.5 million inhabitants, it is very western. The houses are 'normal' built, it is clean and the people also drive normal for Peruvian conditions. On the streets, you can find one MC Donalds, Starbucks and KFC after another. An incredible difference compared to the rest of Peru. Additionally, Lima is the second driest city after Cairo, who would have thought.
When we arrived, we received a message from Santa Cruz: the car is ready. So we booked a flight for the day after tomorrow. When we were here, Peru was playing against Brazil in the Copa America final, unfortunately Peru lost, but they still celebrated afterwards. The next day we headed back to Santa Cruz.

Hi Ninjo, ja wir sind jetzt in Brasilien. Egon läuft soweit wieder 😎hoffen wir Mal dass es so bleibt und wir es zurück bis nach Montevideo schaffen
Der Plan ist von Bonito (da sind wir gerade) an die Küste zu fahren und von dort aus in Richtung Süden nach Uruguay von wo aus wir zurück wollen
