During Christmas, we were in Buenos Aires. As camping in the big city seemed a bit dangerous to us, we treated ourselves to a few nights in a hotel. From here, we explored the city. We liked Buenos Aires better than Montevideo. We were able to run some errands and have a steak dinner in a great restaurant for Christmas. We visited the beautiful markets, the cemetery, and the different neighborhoods, each with its own unique atmosphere. After three days, we had enough of the big city and were glad to be back in the car.
